A recent article on the blog HackEducation features a business that has already gone through two permuations.  The startup built a video language learning platform, then seeing the network platform to support it ‘just wasn’t there’ they, they switched to a language-learning ‘Flickr’-like service.  Then, observing how their customers were ACTUALLY using their product, they changed again.
